Good service providers have the ability to take constructive feedback, from both peers and supervisors, and make changes when necessary.
They should be willing to learn from their peers (even "newbies"!), take refresher courses, use the built-in "self test" feature, and analyze their transcripts regularly.
Even the most experienced transcriber should demonstrate a willingness to look up all unfamiliar words encountered, and practice spelling/abbreviating them correctly.
